This is a combination pasta paddle. Double sided, it has multiple different designs for rolling pasta, each giving a unique shape & texture.

Made from Jatoba. Use it to make gnocchi, malloreddus, cavatelli, capunti, garganelli & more! Variety is the spice of life, and pasta. Includes a pair of matching mini mattarellis (rolling pins) for making garganelli, rigatoni and other hollow noodles. All wrapped up in a linen storage case.
