Heirloom brass pasta wheels

These wheels are fun to use. They are heavy and seal well. I used the small wheel to cut the edges of the dough for farfalle pasta. I used the larger wheel for ravioli, the wheel makes a very defined shape. The ravioli looked like little flowers. Fun to use, I recommend theme both.
