Tagliere board, large pasta rolling surface, Mateo Kitchen

Just what's needed to get started with homemade pasta & pastry! Existing kitchen countertops and most tables just don't cut it. This tagliere board is plus sized to give yourself the room needed. Made from solid Poplar, this is not some cheap piece of plywood. Non slip feet underneath, to keep weight even and still. The board has a lip on the front to catch your existing counter/table top. The surface is left with some 'bite', to give resistance to the dough while stretching. Finished with a light cutting board oil, it will not absorb moisture unevenly, which can cause unfinished boards to warp.

Boards are 1.25" thick, for long term strength and durability. Strategically laminated with a "stringback" and sides, keeping it flat over it's lifetime. The smallest board is 20 pounds, and the largest up to 50 pounds.
