Nonna's cutters, brass & stainless pasta, pastry wheels

Disappointed in build quality. I bought the smooth, large fluted, and mini fluted cutters in burl.
while visually very beautiful the brass is very solid, but unfortunately the handles on 2 of the 3 broke right at the joint my first time using them. After inspection the hole bored to mate the brass to the handle was much deeper than required. If purchasing I would say stick to the hardwood options
