A versatile set for making all kinds of handmade pasta. Each set contains 1 double sided pasta board. One side with a rolled column, perfect for trofie, malloreddus, capunti and more. The back side has a traditional gnocchi board pattern, use for gnocchi, garganelli & rigatoni. Comes with a set of 4 matching mattarelli (rolling pins) from 1/4"-1" diameter, plus a bench scraper. Everything you need to make any shape.
Finished with a home made blend of natural bees and carnauba wax.
These are made from real wood, no two will be identical.
Board dimensions
5" wide x 9" high x 1" thick
Optional brass ferretto add on, which will include 4 pieces, 3/16" and 1/8" in each hex and round.,11 7/8" long. Best for making Calabrian fusilli and maccheroni al ferro.
All comes in a linen storage case.
