30 inch Mattarello

IMO, the 30" Mattarello is the perfect length for rolling out small batches of dough for pasta. (150 to 350 grams of dough). I have a 36" mattarello as well that I use when I'm rolling out a pound or more of dough.

It's a beautiful tool that I use at least once a week!
