Beautiful made rolling pin. It does roll very nicely and my sfoglia came out perfect.
I’ve used this beautiful piece of art to roll out perfect sfolgia, most often to make stuffed pastas (ravioli, tortellini, etc) or lasagna. It’s built so sturdy it feels like you could hit a home run with it or maybe handle some wise guys. Heavily recommend getting one of these bad boys
I know, it’s only a maple stick. But the grain, knob, finish and packaging tell the story. Thank you Nonnas Woodshop for nice work and timely fulfillment. It’s now an heirloom.
Excellent hard rock maple and craftsmanship
