Gnocchi & garganelli paddle, made of one piece solid hardwood. This is a much more durable option than the generic factory made paddles that are prone to breaking at the handle and splintering over prolonged use. Every board is hand sanded & polished with care & love, one at a time.
Each comes with a matching 3/8" garganelli rolling pin, and linen storage bag.
Finished with food grade mineral oil, and a leather string for hanging. Don't be fooled by it's size, any Nonna worth their salt can crush out plates of delicious gnocchi in minutes!
